Moses Kwesi Baiden Jr. is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Margins ID Group. With a professional background in law and over 35 years of industry experience, he has built a distinguished career as an innovator, entrepreneur, and advocate for technology-driven National Development. Under his visionary leadership, Margins ID Group has become one of Africa's most advanced identity ecosystem companies, delivering award-winning hardware and software technologies that power secure access, trusted identity systems, and critical national infrastructure. Mr Baiden has forged strategic partnerships with governments, global technology firms, and private sector institutions to implement large-scale solutions that transform economies, enhance citizen service delivery, and accelerate digital inclusion across emerging markets. He has founded companies with eight subsidiaries across Africa and Europe, building a multinational network that delivers secure identity and smart technology solutions, driving innovation from Ghana.
Peter Blom
Managing Director, Blom Holdings & Chairman, ICPS
Peter Blom is an accomplished international businessman with over 35 years of experience working across the Americas, Africa, Asia and Europe. He brings deep expertise in business development, strategic planning, negotiation and building companies in diverse markets. He is the Managing Director of Blom Holdings and IDFG Denmark, Chairman of Intelligent Card Production Systems Limited, and a Director of Margins Group and its subsidiaries.
Kwesi Baiden
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Kwesi Baiden is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Margins ID Group and a seasoned C-suite leader with nearly three decades of international experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint-venture structuring, compliance and governance. Before joining Margins ID Group, Kwesi served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Transocean.
Irene Owiredu-Akrofi

Irene Owiredu-Akrofi brings over 27 years of experience in the banking industry, with deep expertise in Treasury Management, strategic financial oversight and product development. She holds an EMBA and a BSc in Accounting from the University of Ghana, and is certified by both ACI and ACIB.

Caradoc Mills Lamptey [FCCA, ICA (GH)] is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He is the Managing Partner of J. Mills Lamptey & Co. and brings over 25 years of experience in audit, accounting and advisory services.

Lucy Quist is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where she serves as the Global Head of Firm Resilience. She is also the author of The Bold New Normal. She is celebrated as the first Ghanaian woman to lead a multinational telecommunications company, having served as CEO of Airtel Ghana.

Mr. Kwadwo Mpeani Brantuo, FCA, MBA has over 30 years of public accounting experience and has served as an audit partner at both Ernst & Young (EY) and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Ghana. He has extensive expertise in statutory auditing, accountancy, consulting and tax advisory services.
